DPDP Policy

PixorCraft is committed to processing personal data responsibly and in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) principles.

We collect only the personal data needed to provide account access, configure certificate workflows, maintain records, and satisfy legal obligations. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, credential details, and certificate-related records.

Personal data is stored separately by organization in dedicated SQLite tenant databases and managed through role-based access controls. The platform admin maintains a separate admin database to review organizations and account metadata.

We process data only for the stated purpose, on a lawful basis, with reasonable safeguards, and not beyond what is necessary. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to reduce risk of unauthorized access, misuse, or data loss.

Organizations and users whose data is being processed may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate requirements such as disputes, compliance, and service continuity.
