PixorCraft respects the privacy of every organization and user using the platform. We collect only the information required to create and manage certificate accounts, issue documents, and provide support.

We collect organization details such as name, contact name, email, phone number, login credentials, and certificate data generated by that organization. Each organization is hosted in a separate SQLite database file to support data isolation.

Personal information is used only for platform operations, secure access, certificate generation, communication, legal compliance, and service support. We do not sell user information and do not share data between organization databases.

Access to the platform is restricted by secure authentication. Organization data is stored separately from the admin database and is protected with authentication controls, standard server protections, and audit-friendly account management.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data subject to legal, contractual, or operational obligations. We may retain records for compliance, billing, dispute resolution, and service integrity.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or website.
