By using PixorCraft, you agree to use the platform lawfully and only for authorized certificate and institutional document management purposes.

The platform may be used to issue, manage, download, and track certificates for organizations that have a valid account. Each organization is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legal validity of the data entered into the system.

Each new organization account includes six months of free access starting on the account creation date. At the end of that period, organization sign-in and workspace access expire automatically unless the platform administrator extends access. Users should export any records they need before access expires.

PixorCraft does not guarantee the legal validity of certificates beyond the features and workflows offered by the platform. Organizations remain responsible for verifying institutional requirements, approval chains, and governing regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access when there is suspicious activity, misuse, abusive behavior, or a breach of these terms. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued with reasonable notice if required for continuity or security reasons.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login information and for any activity performed under their account. The platform may retain logs or metadata to support security, service quality, and compliance.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means that the user accepts the revised terms.
